No hidden fees means telling you the terms up front. Full terms are in the membership agreement you accept at enrollment, which controls if anything differs.
BILLING & TERMS
What you are signing up for
- A set monthly fee, charged automatically to the card on file
- Terms match how long your medication works: 3 months (Sustain, Transform, Female hormone), 5 months (Male hormone), 6 months (Total)
- Renews automatically at the current rate unless you cancel before the renewal billing date
- A brief monthly check-in, virtual or in person, is required for every refill
- The initial lab panel is a separate prerequisite and is not included in your first month
- No refunds for months already paid or medication already ordered or dispensed
- A $25 late fee applies if a failed payment is not resolved within 5 days
CANCELLING
How to stop, and what it costs

- We confirm your cancellation and its effective date in writing
- On a monthly medication you do not pay out the rest of the term
- You pay only menu price for complimentary extras you already used, such as vitamin injections
- After a hormone pellet is placed, one final charge reconciles the standard price of what you received against what you have paid
- If you have already paid more than that, you owe nothing further
- Your discounts are always yours to keep
- If your provider stops treatment for safety reasons, billing stops
