Your care is delivered by the licensed nurse practitioners of SOKO Aesthetics & Wellness, P.A., under the oversight of our Medical Director. Every protocol is medical-grade and driven by your labs — not a template.

2 Customized Dosing

Every body is unique. We calculate a precise dose based on your blood work, weight, age, and lifestyle goals.

3 The Procedure

The pellet insertion is a quick, simple in-office procedure performed under local anesthesia. A tiny incision is made in the hip area, the pellets are inserted, and the site is closed with a small bandage. It takes less than 15 minutes.

4 Optimization

We monitor your levels and symptoms closely, adjusting as necessary to ensure you reach your “sweet spot” of optimization.

Testosterone is a controlled substance. Federal law requires an in-person exam before your first prescription — we cannot start you by telehealth alone.

Full Wellness Consultation

An in-depth evaluation of your internal health and aging goals with our Wellness Nurse Practitioner. This consultation focuses on hormone optimization (specializing in Pellet Therapy/HRT), medical weight loss solutions, and peptide therapy. If hormone therapy is right for you, we will order labs.

Lab Panel & Review - Hormone

$175

This includes in-clinic blood draw for your convenience. We will then send the blood draw to a qualified testing facility. Results usually take 2-5 days. When your results get in, our Nurse Practitioners will set up a custom plan for your hormone replacement needs. Your lab review appointment will be virtual or in-person and included in this price.

• Note: Required prerequisite. This fee is separate and never included in the monthly membership price.

Note: Competitive cash-pay lab pricing is available for Leawood and Overland Park residents without insurance coverage for specific panels. Initial consultation fee applies. All prices subject to change.

How Membership Works

No hidden fees means telling you the terms up front. Full terms are in the membership agreement you accept at enrollment, which controls if anything differs.

Terms match how long your medication works: 3 months (Female), 5 months (Male), 6 months (Total)
Renews automatically at the current rate unless you cancel before the renewal billing date
A brief monthly check-in, virtual or in person, is required for every refill
The initial lab panel is a separate prerequisite and is not included in your first month
No refunds for months already paid or medication already ordered, dispensed, or implanted
A $25 late fee applies if a failed payment is not resolved within 5 days

Cancelling

We confirm your cancellation and its effective date in writing
On a monthly medication (GLP-1, troches, cream, injections) you do not pay out the rest of the term
You pay only menu price for complimentary extras you already used, such as vitamin injections
After a pellet is placed, one final charge reconciles the standard price of what you received ($400 female / $775 male) against what you have paid
If you have already paid more than that, you owe nothing further
Your discounts are always yours to keep
If your provider stops treatment for safety reasons, billing stops
