Ashley Williams, RN, BSN, is an award-winning Aesthetic Nurse Injector with more than 12 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Known for her gentle technique, thoughtful approach, and natural-looking results, Ashley has built a loyal following of patients throughout the Kansas City area who trust her to help them look refreshed, balanced, and authentically themselves.
Ashley’s philosophy aligns naturally with SOKO’s approach to aesthetics: enhance what is already beautiful rather than change what makes someone unique. She believes the best results are often the ones people can’t quite identify—when friends notice you look great, but can’t pinpoint exactly what changed.
Her path to aesthetics began with a strong clinical foundation. After earning her BSN in 2007, Ashley worked in telemetry nursing before joining the Ear, Nose, Throat, Head & Neck operating room team at The University of Kansas Medical Center. She later transitioned into plastic surgery, where she provided pre- and post-operative care and developed a patient education program for women navigating breast reconstruction after mastectomy.
Ashley entered medical aesthetics in 2013 and began providing cosmetic injectable treatments in 2015. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, and comprehensive facial assessment and treatment planning. Before joining SOKO, Ashley spent more than eight years as a full-time Nurse Injector at a prominent Leawood plastic surgery practice and is now at SOKO Aesthetics in Leawood, KS!

Rather than simply adding immediate volume, Sculptra® or PRF works by stimulating the body’s own collagen production over time. Ashley uses a long-term approach to treatment planning, considering facial structure, aging patterns, and each patient’s goals when determining how biostimulatory treatments may fit into an overall aesthetic plan.
