REFUND & FINANCIAL POLICY

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Which Entity You Are Paying

Professional services — injectables, laser and energy-device treatments, skin treatments, weight management, hormone therapy and consultations — are provided and billed by SOKO Aesthetics & Wellness, P.A., a Kansas professional association.

Retail products, gift cards and non-clinical offerings are sold by SOKO LLC, a Kansas limited liability company, which also operates our websites and provides business management services to the Practice.

Your receipt and card statement will identify the entity that received the payment.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Alle, Aspire, Cherry payment plans, account credit, SOKO gift cards, Venmo, vouchers and cash. A card on file or a deposit may be required to reserve certain appointments.

Third-party financing, rewards and loyalty programs (including Alle, Aspire and Cherry) are administered by those companies under their own terms. We do not control their approval decisions, promotions or account terms.

Services

All services are final sale and non-refundable. This includes completed treatments; consultation fees, except where applied to a treatment as disclosed at booking; packages or series once any session has been redeemed; and treatments where the result differs from your expectation.

Aesthetic results vary between individuals. No result is guaranteed, and touch-ups or additional sessions may be recommended at additional cost. If a treatment cannot be completed for clinical reasons identified by your clinician, we will work with you on an account credit or an alternative service.

Retail Products

• Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned, for health and safety reasons.
• Prescription items, compounded medications and injectables cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Gift Cards, Packages and Memberships

• Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except where Kansas law requires otherwise.
• Packages and memberships are governed by the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase, including any expiration and transfer restrictions.
• Memberships must be cancelled in accordance with the notice period stated in your membership agreement.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee or forfeit a session from a package. Deposits for late-cancelled or missed appointments may be forfeited.

Prepaid Balances from Before August 23, 2026

Gift cards, prepaid packages, memberships and account credits validly issued by SOKO Aesthetics LLC before August 23, 2026 will be honored on their original terms.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at (913) 232-2224. We will review and respond promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in collection of the disputed amount and suspension of scheduling privileges.
